  1. How do I get BrainFriend?

You can get BrainFriend from any of the following:

 

  1.  How do I install BrainFriend?

 To install BrainFriend on your desktop, work through the following steps:

  • Insert the BrainFriend CD into your PC’s CD DRIVE, the BrainFriend Setup Wizard dialogue will appear. Click on the “Next” button and follow the instructions that pop-up.

 To install BrainFriend mobile version, visit Google Playstore to download.

 

  1. How do I activate BrainFriend?

There are two (2) ways to activate your BrainFriend PIN:

  • SMS Activation
  • Online Activation

SMS ACTIVATION

  • Launch your BrainFriend application.
  • Enter your PIN, click “Next”.
  • The software programme generates a Customer ID.
  • SMS BrainFriend#CustomerID to +2349092864486, to get Registration ID.
  • Enter your Registration ID and click “register”.
  • “Activation completed” will pop up; click “OK”, and the BrainFriend home page will be launched.

ONLINE ACTIVATION

  • Launch your BrainFriend application.
  • Enter your PIN, click “Next”.
  • The software programme generates your Customer ID.
  • Copy the “Customer ID”.
  • Log onto www.brainfriendonline.com, click on “BrainFriend Registration”.
  • On the BrainFriend Registration Page, type in your Customer ID in the space provided, click on “Get Registration ID”.
  • The site generates a Registration ID. Copy “Registration ID”.
  • Paste “Registration ID” in the space provided, fill in your “Name” and click “Register”.
  • Activation Completed will pop up; click “OK”, and the BrainFriend home page will be launched.

 

  1.      What is Activation PIN?
  •     Activation PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a numeric password shared between a user and the software that can be used to authenticate the user’s access to the software.

  1.      How do I get a registration ID?
  •     A registration ID, is generated by logging on to the BrainFriend site (www.brainfriendonline.com ) and following these simple steps:
  •     Click on “Get BrainFriend” tab.
  •     When the page is launched, click on the box “BrainFriend Registration” on the page and fill out the required details.
  •     Click on the box get Registration ID.

NB: Do not shut down your computer before installation is complete, this might result in the loss of an installation license. Ensure you obtain

 

  1.      How can I update the software?
  •     The software can currently be updated by purchasing a current version of the software which will always be announced.
  1.      What devices does the software support?
  •     The software is supported by Desktops, Laptops and Mobile devices operating on Android platform.
  1.      How do I use the PIN?
  •     During installation, a small box appears requiring the Activation PIN. Enter the PIN and then continue the installation process. 
  1.      Where do I enter the customer ID into the software?
  •     The Customer ID is generated after the activation PIN is used during installation. It is also used to obtain the Registration ID
  1. Where do I enter the Registration ID into the software?
  •     The Registration ID is entered in the box that pops up during installation bearing the Customer ID 
  1. How do I get a customer ID?
  •     A Customer ID is automatically generated after the Activation PIN is keyed in the designated space. 
  1. Can I use the same Registration ID on more than one computer?
  •    No, you can only use one Registration ID for more one computer. 
  1. Can I use the same Customer ID on more than one computer?
  •     No, you can only use one Customer ID one computer.
  1. Can I use the same Activation PIN on more than one computer?
  • BrainFriend Activation PIN comes with three licenses for off-the-shelf

purchases (Home and Standard).

 

  1. How do I recover my Activation PIN, if I lose it?
  •     The Activation PIN is to be kept safe and private. In the event of losing or misusing the Activation PIN, the customer will need to purchase a new one. 
  1. Can I get a trial version of BrainFriend?
  •     The trial version can be assessed when the CD is purchased, and also on the BrainFriend website. 
  1. How do I become a BrainFriend partner?

To qualify as a BrainFriend partner, kindly follow these steps:

  • Register online to become a partner of the software at www.brainfriendonline.com/partners
  • Read and sign the agreement/contract form
  • Make initial deposit of ₦50,000.00
  • Go through a reseller/partner training.

On completing the above steps, and becoming a full partner, you will then qualify for a discount percentage attached to all partners.
